We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, though everything was great. Enjoyed easy check-in and easy check-out. The location was particularly good. The staff was outstandingly accommodating. The restaurant onsite was good with delicious dishes. our short stay at Best Western La Grande Hacienda in Cherokee was fantastic. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. The location of the hotel was ideal for our needs and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Additionally, we were pleased with the quality of food at the onsite restaurant.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and fancy with TV, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. The bathroom is clean and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The services are good, including a clean pool.

The rates were less than on line and Gwen wrote down the King should be 89.99 and Booked.net charged 10.00 more per room. I would like Booked.net to honor the best price rate and refund the 10.00 plus tax for the rooms I reserved.

The location of the hotel is peaceful and convenient, with a good Mexican restaurant nearby. There are plenty of dining options in the area, such as Taco John's, within a short walking distance.

Everything was great, I 100% recommend. Clean hotel, I truly enjoyed amazingly nice and very pleasant staff. The room was fancy and big, had essentials, like a shower and a hairdryer. Booked it for me$ 77. Its location was marvellous, near a delicious Mexican restaurant, and the police station.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double room upon arrival, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel was clean and staff were all amazingly nice and very pleasant. I booked a fancy and big size room with central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave. The location was peaceful - just off a good Mexican restaurant and the police station. A historic bridge was 2 miles away. I enjoyed the stay and recommend the venue.

The location was peaceful and favorable, just a 20-minute walk to the center. I enjoyed lunch and dinner at Casey's Carry Out Pizza, which was conveniently located near the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, particularly Larry and Linda, were amazing. They made our large group with lots of kids feel welcomed and ensured we had a great time. The hotel's location in a very accessible area next to a delicious Mexican restaurant was a bonus. The hotel smelled clean and was spotless. Our room was spacious, had a fridge, and the beds were comfortable. The free Wi-Fi worked great, and the water temperature in the bathroom was excellent. We also appreciated the abundance of towels and the complimentary local newspaper. The bag breakfast provided during these scary times was a thoughtful touch.
